my massage training took place in crestone, colorado at the Crestone Healing Arts Center, where i completed 600 hours of practice. i am certified in acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, swedish, passive stretching, hot stone, and reiki level 2. my expertise blends a flow of techniques to aid in creating balance in your body's natural rhythms. i believe that your body's wisdom leads its own healing and recovery- our practice together is to create the space for it to do so!
